A 25% deposit is needed to secure your booking. You can pay this either by cheque or bank transfer. We will confirm your booking either by email or post, whichever you would prefer. The balance is required 4 weeks before you travel.    We would ask for £100 as a returnable breakage deposit payable with the balance.   If you have to cancel your reservation, the charges are as follows:   Days before departure Amount payable 56 days or greater Deposit only 29 - 55 days 60% of total cost 28 days or less 100% total cost
