Our holiday at Serendipity was everything we had hoped for. The villa is spacious, well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished and in a great location for exploring the area. It was very hot so great to be able to dip in the swimming pool but also loved the local little beach. We welcomed the extra thoughtful touches (like having a mobile phone to contact local restaurants etc)and the very helpful ownners' handbook with extensive local knowledge and information. We had a very comfortable stay and would be happy to recommend the villa.

This was the first time we have stayed at the villa, but I am sure it won't be the last. The location of the villa is superb, close enough to Kyrenia for a great choice of shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be quite and relaxed. Inside the villa is finished to a good standard and is very nicely laid out and equipped. We particularly liked the fact it had 3 bathrooms, which made getting ready to go out easier. We were there in the height of the summer so were very pleased to have air-conditioning as well as our own pool to cool off in. There is also a built in barbeque which we used most evenings if we were not eating at one of the local restaurants. There is also a very nice beach within a 10 minute walk and lots of interesting places to visit only a short drive away. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, the mobile phone was a nice touch and was very helpful to us on many occasions. There was also a local agent who was always happy to help us with any queries we had. We have recommended the villa to friends who loved it, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to you.

This was our third holiday in the villa and each time it has been better. We have already booked for next year! The villa is ideally placed to enable visits to the whole of North Cyprus and we make the most of that. However, it is just as pleasant to lounge about the villa keeping busy doing nothing :-) The villa is well equipped and even when it rains - as it does in May - there are things to do. Lounging by the pool taking the occasional dip in it whenever we want is a luxury we very much appreciated and the views from the balcony are a joy to behold. There are local eateries, serving various cuisines at prices from cheap to expensive, some of whom will collect you from the villa and take you back after your meal. We highly recommend the villa to anyone wanting a holiday in the sun where you can please yourself what you do and when you do it.

We have stayed here more than once and love it! It is HOT in August and the pool is fabulous for cooling off. You have the choice of staying at the villa or wandering to the beach opposite. If you want to go a little further afield there are a number of good beaches. Escape beach is a favourite for our teenagers, there are plenty of watersport activities to keep them occupied while we relax under the sunshades or take a leisurely swim round the bay. There are plenty of local restaurants on the occassions we don't feel like barbequing. Our favourites being the Abbey Bell Tower, they send a taxi for you free of charge and The Grove where steaks are the order of the day. There is no doubt that you need a car but as they drive on the left there it is no problem. I would thoroughly recommend the villa, it has everything you could think of and if you leave a message in the comments book with a suggestion or idea the owners quite often ensure it is supplied. The local agent is an ex-pat which makes communication if you need to contact them really easy. Him and his wife are really knowleageable and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will be back again next year.

From: Steve King I'm 18 and have been here with my mum in the last couple of years. The villa is great with lots of space, we can have a bathroom each and having the room downstairs means I can stay up and watch DVD's without disturbing anyone who's gone to bed. There is an amazing pool, which we spent a lot of time in, there is often lots of inflatables that other guests bring and we leave ours behind for the next guests. If we want a break from the sun we can go inside and play on the Playsation which is great! The beaches are nice, my favourite one is Escape Beach because there are lots of watersports for me to do. The food is lovely, Bellapais is great and I love going to the Abbey Bell Tower. The Grove serves the most amazing steaks!! We can walk to Lara Beach opposite and have lunch leaving mum to have some peace and quiet. In the evening we often barbeque and then sit outside chatting and playing cards. I love it there and would definitely go again.

From: Jean & Rex We visited Serendipity with two of our friends - senior citizens like us! The villa was very spacious and lovley to have a bathoom each. For obvious reasons we did not visit in the height of summer, altho' we did have the occasional dip in the pool, but enjoyed exploring many places in our hire car. Krenia of couse, plus the Hebarium up in the forest, Kantara Castle & Bellapais Abbey and village. We also enjoyed eating out at the many tavernas. It was also nice to be picked up and taken to a restaurant from time to time for free. We enjoyed the villa, more than large enough for the four of us and in an ideal position, not too far from Kyrenia. We hope to visit again before too long
